About Me

Hi, my name is Kristen Landry and I am 35 years of age. I attended Career Technical College in Monroe where I earned my associates degree in Massage Therapy in 2010. In 2019 I won The Best of the Delta for Best Massage Therapist. In 2020 I received runner up for this award and this year I have been nominated again. My goal is to help people live better lives by utilizing the healing benefits of massage.

My passion is to help heal people inside and out. I believe self-care is a must in today’s busy world. Regular massage is the key to living up to your fullest potential. Massage can be beneficial to everyone when applied in the correct manner by a knowledgeable therapist.

 I’ve spent years working in different types of massage environment from chiropractic to high end spa, to sports therapy, and even corporate massage work. I bring all of that to one table, combining several modalities into one very unique style designed to get the best therapeutic results to fit the client’s needs. My massage technique combines Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Active Release to provide lasting results. I also practice in Prenatal Massage as well.
